  • Comprehensive Family Medicine

    Preventive care, acute illness, chronic disease management, pediatrics, physicals, vaccinations, and ongoing care across the lifespan.

    Evaluation and treatment for conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, and related concerns, with counseling and medication management integrated into primary care.

    Stimulant medications cannot be prescribed in Japan. We can prescribe non-stimulant options and, when possible, coordinate stimulant prescriptions through U.S. military providers.

  • Hormones, Weight & Gender-Affirming Care

    GLP-1 weight management, testosterone therapy, and gender-affirming hormone therapy, with lab monitoring and follow-up.

  • Testing

    Laboratory testing, imaging, endoscopy, mammography, sleep testing, and pulmonary testing, arranged when clinically needed.

  • Specialty Care Coordination

    Doctor-to-doctor input from U.S.-based specialists, and help coordinating specialty care in Japan.

    We have a network of U.S.-based specialists we can consult for doctor-to-doctor communication. And if referral to local Japan-based specialty care is warranted, we can often help coordinate.

  • Skin Care & Minor Procedures

    Acne treatment and selected in-office procedures such as joint injections, cryotherapy, and skin biopsy.

  • Medications & Pharmacy

    Prescription management, selected in-clinic medications, refill follow-up, and coordination with military or outside pharmacies when needed.

    • Prescriptions to U.S. military pharmacies when those medications are not available in Japan
    • Help finding an alternative source when a medication is not available in Japan
