Founded by Dr. Nicholas Kenji Taylor (Dr. Kenji - Linked-In), a bilingual Japanese-African American physician licensed in both the U.S. and Japan, we are focused on helping SOFA-status members, expatriates, and veterans navigate getting the care they need while living in Japan.

Serving as a family physician at Camp Zama from 2021 to 2024 gave Dr. Kenji a deep understanding of the unique healthcare needs faced by SOFA-status members and U.S. veterans in Japan. From this clear need and in close collaboration, support and partnership with Iris Dental Medical, the Japanese Ministry of Health and Kanagawa Prefecture, Torii Health is here to provide you with high-quality, accessible care every step of the way.
